Samadia Hamidullah is the owner of South Atlanta Virtual Assistant and is an Administrative
Professional/Public Relations Engineer. As an Administrative Professional, Samadia employs her mastery of office skills
to demonstrate her ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and good judgment, and
make decisions within the scope of her assigned authority. And, as a Public Relations Engineer, Samadia uses all of
her administrative and computer skills to make YOU look good, either on paper, or in your presentation. Samadia has
17 years of experience as an Administrative Professional and Public Relations Engineer for high profile clients.

of our working agreement and clarify the expectations of both parties.

of conditions that may limit my effectiveness.
- We only guarantee results that are within my power to deliver.

are accountable for the work we do, admit mistakes and correct them promptly.
- We keep sufficient records of our work,
and client relationships in general. The physical records are our property. The information in the records is the property
of the client. We protect the confidentiality and proprietary information of all clients and will not release information
contained in their records without the consent of the client, or by court order. Confidentiality will be maintained with regard
to the storage (physical and electronic) and disposal of records. All records must be made available to the client at the
client's request.
- We accept full responsibility for work that we perform.
- We do not misuse the authority
entrusted to us by clients.
- We do not take advantage of the lack of knowledge or inexperience on the part of others.
- We
serve as an effective representative of our clients when called upon to do so and protect the interests of our clients at
all times.
- We keep our personal and professional knowledge up-to-date and continue our education to insure that proper
expertise is available when needed. We never misrepresent ourselves, our abilities, our experience, or our certification to
anyone.
- We freely share our knowledge, skills and professional practices with other professional Virtual Assistants
in order to forward community, and to build professional comprehension and mastery.
